Dr. Tony Orrico is a Pankey-trained dentist. His practice is located in a dense urban area with high unemployment and hefty competition. Before coming to a PDA workshop, his overall production and new patient base were flat although his practice did enjoy decent word-of-mouth.
“One day, I read an article in The Profitable Dentist magazine that showcased young doctors who were producing at a level way above what I was producing… and I had been in practice for 20 years! I wanted to know what they learned that I didn’t,” he says. “So after much thought, I said to myself, ‘Tony, you have only one person to blame if you don’t avail yourself of the opportunities available’.”
